      The experience will make your stronger.

      Cons

      The leadership team doesn’t care about the people who work for them, and they have a huge ego. Developing their people is last on their priority lists and it shows in the turnover. They are way in over their head.

      Lack culture and micromanagement is their top skills. Work life balance is harder here because they think that you need to have your life around your job. Not your job around your life
