Overtime, fellow employees, paid time off, okay team leads, nice break room, climate controlled, vending machine is stocked with average stuff.

Cons

Get your head out of your butts management! You attempted to open a new location half way across the country with subpar management in place and from what we’ve heard subpar equipment. I thought Kentucky was going to be the main hub, but we’re running their jobs here while they what clean all damn day? You have a terrible management in place here, ever rotating HR department, can’t keep to keep your staff hired and those who do stick around aren’t properly respected or trained!

Everything! If your not looking to make anything of your self or move up within a company well then this company will be the place for you! If you like drama amongst old woman and like being snitched on every 48 hours this will be the perfect place for you! If you like being constantly watched and treated like a toddler or prisoner this is the place for you! They only allow their employees 4 min bathroom breaks and don't you dare try to take your lunch with someone you actually get along with that will cause a huge problem with the old ladies that hate you! Micromanagement is the worse they will treat you like a slave while others get to sit around and do nothing! And communication is horrible at this place you might not know that you will have to work the weekend until the last min. They will even tell you to come to work on a Saturday just to drive all the way up there and find out they called work off but didn't contact everyone to tell them! And let's not talk raises something that doesn't happen often here! The new CEO is cocky and rude and could careless about his employees! All he cares about is the new office space that he's purchasing he could really careless about giving his employees a raise. The personnel lady can be rude at times she comes and goes as she pleases and know one says nothing! So if you hate your life and would like to make it worse come to arroweye!
