They do recognize when you first are buried, make you feel special.

Cons

One of the LOWEST paid company, favoritism by the VPs, and they don’t hold any one accountable, they target leadership for teller errors. At the same time they won’t allow you to write them up for errors yet hold that against leadership for teller errors. Denise hunt is one of the worst example of leadership, no accountability, too young to be in management, needs more experience with the team.

Pays is not competitive Everyone is over worked Executives don't care about the team Used to have a great culture but now its a "get it done" attitude and its all about mergers and making money Medical insurance they offer is horrible but upper management does not care
