      Pros

      The community is lovely. Most homeowners are great You meet lots of new people.

      Cons

      Management will talk crap about you Nepotism is in full effect Coworkers will crap talk you if they don’t get their way No written rules Only some rules are enforced on certain people. Workers are allowed to bully and harass others with no consequence. HR is nonexistent

      Benefits nothing else to think of.

      Cons

      Coworkers sick bunch. Hide, sleep those who live on property do whatever they want don't respond to traffic stops or answer radio calls just not a good place to work.
