Free coffee. Sometimes you got to eat leftover food the higher ups had meetings.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. No guidance. No help. Nothing but platitudes and empty promises.

Unique type of business, you can work in office or remotely, sense of fulfilment in creating more efficient and safer work practices for different types of industries.

Cons

Lack of communication and caring from the top level of a relatively small company. Company already didn't pay very much and is currently tight for money - lack of opportunity for increased pay and upward mobility. Lack of opportunity for relationship building with other employees. Erratic and sudden changes in company chain of command. Inconsistent job training. Job responsibilities can increase without pay increase or other motivating factors.
