Pros

Friendly coworkers, great office, fun workplace, good hours. You will get design responsibility right away even at entry level, if that is what you want.

Cons

Management can be poor at times. Lack of standards for anything across the board(HR, project delivery, process). One could see this as "relaxed" or "laid back", or one could see this as "lacking in organization." The different studios don't seem to really communicate with eachother. Quality of life between each studio varies greatly. Lack of timely and honest/assertive feedback. There is another glassdoor review on here that says "There's a sense that it's more important to market ideas in a cool way than to have a rigorous body of work," and that is really an excellent description of certain parts of the studio, and of how they value employees.

Pros

Good design opportunity jobs comes in. Small teams. Good bonus.

Cons

Lacks in any process and standards on projects, and constant tension in the management team trickles down to team. Micromanages design by director level, depending on ergo you work with. Some toxic personalities.

Pros

Comfortable place. Friendly coworkers. Reasonable hours.

Cons

Lack of design leadership and culture. There's a sense that it's more important to market ideas in a cool way than to have a rigorous body of work. Large number of ambitious designers left recently.
