Ok experience but tons of flaws

Pros

Access to amazing artists and experiences are possible. Travel if you are lucky and great connections in industry.

Cons

Management operates within an insular environment, often having spent their entire careers within the organization, resulting in limited external perspectives. This culture of gatekeeping is prevalent, hindering the growth and development of employees. The expectation to be available around the clock without compensation for overtime is common, and salaries fall below industry standards. Overall, the agency requires a comprehensive overhaul to align with contemporary practices and foster a more dynamic workplace.

Pros

I enjoyed working with some of the amazing artist on their roster and produced some really great projects

Cons

It was a really aggressive environment with little room to advance up in my career over the time that I spent there.
