As stated above, there is an us against them feeling. If you can ignore the dictatorial leadership and get past the blatant male dominated workplace, you may be able to keep afloat by constantly covering your backside. If you are a female, good luck, reports of harrassment are more than likely to be ignored. Bonuses and raises are rare, team building non-existent and modern technology is hard to find.

Upper Management seem out of touch on the projects at hand and don't often offer or authorize support in times of need. They're not a company that will often give raises or bonuses, so be prepared to negotiate strong going in, because you may not see anything above that during your tenure. It's not a place that works cross-functionally well either.
