Pros

Literally nothing to add here as this place has changed so much.

Cons

The MD has managed to destroy in one year what used to be a great place for people and clients. Senior management is awful and has influenced the culture a lot to the point it has become extremely toxic, it's hard for competent people to stay or be happy/proud to work here, all of them left and the others are looking to leave. The work is incredibly dull, there's no challenge at all and no career plan or focus on people's growth. Collaboration between teams doesn't exist either, so don't expect to learn or work on anything different. The tech team is such a bad joke, we have no resources or tools (we honestly struggle to create data studio dashboards, which should be basic sql/bigquery). I think we should stop using the term "Marketing Engineers" and lying about our focus on data - we have no idea what we are doing with it and I honestly don't know one single team that is making use of decent data tools or resources. We've been told to stop posting reviews and start working harder - don't feel like following it, sorry.

Pros

None, None, None, None, None

Cons

I want to share my unfortunate experience with Artefact Company to raise awareness among fellow professionals. I joined Artefact with the belief that they offered remote work opportunities, which was a key factor in my decision to resign from my previous position. However, upon joining the company, I discovered a disturbing reality: Artefact engaged in exploitative practices by requiring me to work on-site. This lack of transparency and false representation of remote work possibilities is deeply concerning. It not only disrupted my career plans but also placed me in a challenging situation after leaving my previous job. This experience has left me with a strong impression that Artefact Company cannot be trusted. I feel compelled to warn others about the misleading claims and questionable practices I encountered during my time with Artefact. It is crucial for individuals seeking employment to exercise caution and thoroughly investigate any company that raises similar red flags. I hope my experience serves as a reminder to remain vigilant in the face of enticing promises and to thoroughly assess a company's integrity before making any career decisions. Please note that this review reflects my personal experience, and others may have different encounters with Artefact Company. However, I strongly urge individuals to conduct thorough research and exercise caution when considering this company as an employer
