Pros
Clients can be great, learning experiences and coffee machines, hours can be flexible
Cons
The break down is: - No HR department, which means if you feel violated nowhere to run. Need to report workplace incident? No owner present, or anyone that honestly cares. - Management positions are given based on time in the company, as well as “clients”. Not based on merit or qualifications. You will be stuck with managers that have 0 leadership skills or business perspectives, they see the stores as numbers not as a business (yes there huge is a difference) no matter which location. - The employee manual you are given at the beginning keep a copy of in case you pursue a legal case after working here. That manual will come in handy. -Apparently they are doing Non Compete Agreements, sign away its not legally binding in the state of Florida. - Your commission will be very low and salary will too good luck trying to get a raise. You would be the first in sales to do it.
