Pros

Clients can be great, learning experiences and coffee machines, hours can be flexible

Cons

The break down is: - No HR department, which means if you feel violated nowhere to run. Need to report workplace incident? No owner present, or anyone that honestly cares. - Management positions are given based on time in the company, as well as “clients”. Not based on merit or qualifications. You will be stuck with managers that have 0 leadership skills or business perspectives, they see the stores as numbers not as a business (yes there huge is a difference) no matter which location. - The employee manual you are given at the beginning keep a copy of in case you pursue a legal case after working here. That manual will come in handy. -Apparently they are doing Non Compete Agreements, sign away its not legally binding in the state of Florida. - Your commission will be very low and salary will too good luck trying to get a raise. You would be the first in sales to do it.

Pros

I can’t name one single pro.

Cons

Small minded work culture. Lack of communication is the norm. Lots of systems in place that do not make the selling process any smoother. The quality of the furniture is doubtful and the way the owners deal with customer issues is even worse.
