      Awful and unprofessional

      None! Very unprofessional! Only thing I can say is that I built my clientele

      Cons

      My experience was awful and management was completely unprofessional. I was left out of scheduled training, and was not treated equally. There were no sales tools and I was verbally abused by my manager and bullied and threatened. I was accused of many things that were inaccurate and completely ridiculous in regards to my role and responsibilities and when trying to defend my self, I was completely dismissed and not heard. I was denied vacation request and was not given my final 2 weeks pay.

      Good place to make a first experience in your field. You will learn a lot about the lighting industry.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are bad. Don't expect a raise or any recognition. Bad management, no training, no feedback...

      Well its good on a CV

      Pros

      Great first place to make experience in your field, Artemide Canada reputation looks good on a CV but don't expect to build a carrier at this company. I had a good team which made the job fun and I love my field work. The rest is all ... Well.. Meh..

      Cons

      No rewards for good works nor appropriate raise. Contradiction is everywhere and the work environment is poor especially for the technicians and assembly team. Each end of the year they fire someone because of poor management strategy.
