      Stated values are strong (albeit not lived-up to) Remote friendly policy High degree of autonomy

      Cons

      Jon Dayton (CTO) and Allison Kopf (Founder) are driving this company into the ground. Engineers are being asked to release features before they are ready which is contributing to general lack of product stability. Allison Kopf has openly lied to prospective and current clients about the platform's current feature sets and roadmap items. Both Jon Dayton and Allison Kopf have scapegoated the customer success team instead of taking a hard look at what clients are really asking for; a stable product that they can use to run their business. In its current state, Artemis should not be used by growers to help run their operations.

      Pros

      The people (including leadership) are wonderful here. They are always open to change and I feel heard and valued. There isn’t a single person who has made me feel like I don’t belong and I was able to make an impact on the team right away. The code is in a sweet spot - it’s become much more stable but there are still tons of interesting challenges.

      Cons

      I think we could beef up our benefits and salary a bit but they have already started to work on making some changes after asking everyone for feedback on benefits which has been great to see.

      Pros

      Culture, smart passionate people, work life balance, great leadership, innovative technology. You will be asked to do a lot here but the work is rewarding as you have the ability to make a tremendous impact both internally and externally!

      Cons

      All startups come with their fair share of challenges but established and legacy companies do too. That said, at Artemis you will have you voice heard and can truly influence product and company direction.
