      Directionless company with substandard and demotivated engineering team

      Pros

      Few talented engineering VPs. Friday breakfast. Good health benefits

      Cons

      Substandard and unmotivated engineering team. In the 1.5 yrs I was there, I saw at least 15 experienced people quit in disgust and disappointment. Not a pay master either. The place is full of politics with people making note of when others arrive and leave. Managers play favorites and think its their way or highway. I would rather be unemployed than work here. No 401k match. Work here at your own risk.

      Arteris IP cares deeply about our employees’ morale. Unfortunately, things did not work out for this particular ex-employee, despite several months of compassionate coaching and engineering management’s encouragement of improvement.       Challenging work, upper management is very driven to expand

      Cons

      some teams have lots of infighting and politics which was surprising for a startup, work is long hours WLB is absent.
