- They provide a Chair to have a seat for 8 Hours! - They allow employees to use the washroom in an emergency. - They help you do things against your wishes. - They show love for employees who work every day for 12 to 16 hours normally. - If you get late for few minutes then they will happily cut your half day salary. - In the case of poor performance based on their guidelines, they proudly force employees to change their work field.
Cons
- Hiring employees more than the limit of their CHADDI. - Using all the BAD words by seniors in front of everyone like a nice job they are doing. - No CL, PL, EL or anything like leave policy. - Owners of the company are only responsible for counting earned and earning money, nothing else or good they can do! - No opportunities at all. - No Human values even after the availability of HR. - Cons list is too long.
