      Pros

      If you are a newbie best place to start your job in, as it will teach you what site and politics, hardwork and screwing are all about, would never ever recommend to anyone

      Cons

      Salary not on time HR don't respond to site engineers (they are not site Engineers they are site donkeys) Be prepared for bashing if you are not delivering (irrespective of your personal issues, Health,financial struggles and pressures) Legally and quality wise buildings made are worse ( So be prepared again to here it back from customers who buy artha real estate houses)
