There's no pro at all.

First of all, I cant imagine 3.5 stars for this co.. This company deserves no star at all.. All good reviews are posted by HRs and HRs also force employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor, in front of them in office, so that they can get overall good rating. Don't get fooled by those. When I worked there (worst part of my career.. thank god now I'm out), management doesn't know how to operate. Everyday they will give bunch of tasks and ask you do those or we will fire you. Daily I used to think whether I will be fired today!! With fear of that, still employees are working in company. Such a crap! They will give any dam work which are completely irrelevant to work profile.

Management ask employees to write reviews and most of the pros written by employees comes under this so don't judge this company by pros only and I'm not against of management

Cons

1.Top management includes IIM, IIT... and they recruit high profile people by offering a huge pay with out considering startup standards. But, still those guys dont have a realistic projection and they are failed to reach break even. 2.No proper recognition even you work hard for their success. Awards & Rewards will go the people who usually do Ram-Bhajan to Management. If you have proven talent in this you can survive in this company. 3. They pay more who are not useful for the company and viceversa. 4. Not a secured job and no employee benefit policies. 5. No standardization of work .They keep on changes the process with out considering the end result. 6. They keep on promising the false commitments like bonus/Increments..... 7. They show lot of partiality and they play very cheap politics, If you do Ram-Bhajan daily they offer you more than you anticipated. 8. Management don't provide any guidelines and they are incapable to succeed to bring the end results. If they are truly capable please show the path to success rather than giving speeches to every one.

Junior employees are not getting paid since 3 months and senior employees for 5 months

Cons

Salaries were never on time. Employees are always treated as slaves. No respect at all. Even though they know that they cannot pay salaries for three more months, they lie about it saying "we will pay in one week".
