Pros

- Free food when the doctors had meetings -Doctors and patients are enjoyable - Improves multitasking skills

Cons

- Before pandemic, toxic work environment with cliques and gossip -Co-workers that did not work -Always short staffed -Difficult to change departments or receive promotions. -During pandemic, even more short staffed and triple workload to make up for fired staff. -With more workload, each member was monitored for and timed for how much work they did. - Vacation time and personal time was not allowed to be taken. -Pay was closer to minimum wage -Overall poor management and bad work environment.

Pros

4 day work week, great coworkers.

Cons

No raises, over worked, underpaid, micromanaged. In the bussiness office as a PAR prepare to do the job 9f four people. The number of task assigned does not match the pay nor the hours you have to work. Modern day slavery is what ARA is.

Pros

Executive management is open and responsive. As an employee, I feel heard and valued. We are told often we are appreciated. The HR team is working hard to improve and add benefits in response to staff's requests. 4-day work week, as of 6/22, is an excellent example of work-life balance. Career growth & development. A significant number of employees have been with the company for 5+ years.

Cons

Have to wait 1 year to contribute to 401K.
