Where do I start??? Team was running fine until an internal promotion saw us being managed by a fellow, equally as qualified paralegal with absolutely NO people skills. Huge turnover of staff in the department due to the bullying nature of her, she was widely disliked but in bed with one of partners, and no effective HR dept in place so nothing ever done for fear of life being made hell! People bullied out of their job due to personal dislike, my yearly review was a joke due to the fact that I was cool civil rather than falsely friendly, we were constantly yellows at and verbally abused on a daily basis, I used to go home crying wanting to quit every day- as long as this employee is here I wouldn't recommend here at all

Arthur Cox is not the meritocracy it promotes itself to be and instead prides itself on a toxic culture filled with elitist sociopaths. If you do not conform to this mindset you will never succeed. Organization is so poor and you will be expected to work unsociable hours when left with nothing to do during core hours. I doubt anyone in management outside of HR has been trained in people management.
