ONLY THE ON SHORE TEAM, it was, is and will remain to be the best part of this company, they work without favouritism and the owners of this companies are just wonderful Good pay scale Amazing HR team

Cons

The offshore team leads have a certain set of specific people who are their literal favourites and who they want to work with and see them growing, for the rest, they're just there to work with immense pressure on them along with the personal taunts that are so miserable that it can lead them up to being awake for nights thinking about their job stability and sanity.
