      Might be a good place for some to get work experience, but not a great place to stay.

      Pros

      - Artona has a diverse multi-ethnic staff, and most of the employees were decent people who were nice to work with. - On a personal level, Artona was willing to hire me at a time when I had been out of work for a while and needed a job. So I'll always be grateful for the opportunity.

      Cons

      - Lays off most of the staff during the summer, which is the slow season. So at Artona, most staff don't seem to have much in the way of job security. - Pay for most front line staff is relatively low - maybe a few dollars more than minimum wage. Photographers might make more than that, but generally I would not describe the wages and benefits as generous. - The owner installed video surveilance cameras all over, as he apparently has trust issues with his employees.

      Thank you for sharing your personal pros and cons. We have video surveillance for security of people and equipment inside and outside of the building. We want people to feel trusted and worthy and will share this feedback with our current team.

      Pros

      Nice lobby to the building. Some nice photographers

      Cons

      Unorganized, old school ways with no intention to change, customer service is not well handled or trained, no one is clear on policies nor care to clear anything up. Hire people with the wrong intentions the fires ppl with in the end of theirprobationary period so they ca give you no valid reason as to why they are letting you go. Salary is terrible! Not worth the headache just don't do it.

      It's busy so no time to get bored. Co-workers were nice

      Cons

      Boss is a tyrant whose sole focus is making more money. He does not care about the workers or the clients
