Some of the staff, challenging and rewarding work/projects, time goes fast

Cons

Complete and utter mismanagement at every level, unprofessional, outdated processes/systems, owners looking for change and ideas but change makes them uncomfortable, employees with low integrity, hostile work environment

First shift only. Vacation and paid sick time.

Cons

Not much overtime available. Not a competitive pay rate. Some employees are unprofessional and problematic.

Pros

It is a solid place to work even in bad times. The company looks out for it's own people and wants them to excel at what they do.

Cons

Factory work is sometimes boring and repetitive and the low wage increases make it hard to make a living in this area.
