Pros
I loved working at ArtsWave. I learned a ton about marketing, got connected to all the amazing arts organizations that Cincinnati offers, and worked with very nice people. It's a traditional work environment but the work is meaningful and it's rewarding to help raise money for the arts in Cincinnati.
Cons
Most of the staff is older, and it is a traditional/conservative environment. Be on time!
