Promotions or merit increases are non existent after your Level 3 Cert Test. Passing Level 4 test has no merit promotion and only qualifies you to interview for Foreman Spots. Your career progression is sort of out of your control after you pass your Level 3 Test. All Techs are given same pay increases when passing tests, irrespective of the work they do or tests they receive relative to others. A worker may have passed all 3 tests with 70's after multiple tries, still be performing the same work at the same level they were a year ago, and receive the same pay as someone excelling in their role and increasing their performance and work knowledge.
