Benefit more than avg benefit among MNC, multi cultural, flexibility at high. Political office very minimal, workload very systematic. Salary among the best. You can get many certificate and improvement as you can.

Full of benefits like Hybrid, free food, allowances, company trip and medical insurance for In patient only.

Cons

No projects, People Management is complete becomes a nightmare, no cultural diversity, full and full biased, all fake information and fake people. If you join you will loose entire skills, bcoz germany will never share anything, they wont provide projects, here the management will share always the wow factors. Uncertainity of job, many get sacked due to no projects. Complete chineese controlled and running purely for TAX benefits.
