Your coworkers, working from home. The only good thing about this company is the people who work with you, and even then you can’t trust them until you’ve known them years.

Cons

Social systems, the family who owns it, treatment of employees, policies for employees, HR structure. Employees know not to contact HR because they won’t respond, they continuously cut benefits and push out individuals they don’t like for personal bias. There is a hierarchy clique and the arvig family would be an absolute nightmare if given power of any kind.
