      Great culture till mid-2024

      Pros

      Most departments (except one) and groups are excellent, with helpful and knowledgeable managers and colleagues. Mid-size biotech allows for flexible, interesting and interdisciplinary work. Great senior leadership till mid-2024. Excellent benefits and PTO policy.

      Cons

      New leadership in R&D in 2024 significantly impacted company culture and encourages obsequious behavior. Located in CT so not as many other biotech/pharma opportunities in the area.

      Good company , in a weird phase

      Pros

      Good teams of people, ability to interact with cross functional groups within company and make an impact if you do good work.

      Cons

      Company is in a weird phase transitioning from pre-clinical R&D to potential commercial company. Lack of clarity and consistency on what is required for certain titles and some people do more work than people “above” them in terms of titles despite similar backgrounds and experience. Too much focus on DE&I and committees and not the science.
