Pros
Workload was manageable, regular working hours were respected.
Cons
It’s no surprise that in the months following Arvo’s acquisition of their former sister company, many employees from that organization left for better opportunities. The sister company’s existing initiatives, projects, and processes were largely disregarded in favor of Arvo’s own interests. In doing so, leadership pushed out those with the deepest knowledge of that product and business, leaving it the hands of teams ill-equipped to support its continued success. Many employees are part of Xenos. Those who are family and friends have an extra level of comfort and job security afforded to them. Inappropriate jokes are often made in an attempt to create a “fun” environment. Leadership communicates poorly and inconsistently, leaving employees guessing about the company’s direction and how their roles contribute to its goals. If you’re a man, part of their inner circle, and enjoy playing corporate politics, this is the place for you!
