Pros
Most co workers were very hard working and dedicated employees and the break room was well stocked.
Cons
Constant shifting on tasks with little time to complete and all too often the direction was incomplete or changed from day to day or hour to hour. No estimating programs and the company did failed to track of past values. Subcontractors were abused and met their losses by simply raising their cost. The turnover of employees was very excessive of which produced constant turmoil and added work on the remaining work force which often led to errors and failures.
