      - Cares about their people - Great benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid time-off, flexible scheduling - Supports professional growth, encourages continued learning

      Cons

      It's a great company overall, not a whole lot of complaints beyond the typical opportunity for more communication, etc.

      Unfortunately there are no Pros from my experience. My best advice is request first shift. Do not apply for second shift, it is dangerous.

      Unsafe Environment Discrimination Danger Co workers will get physical with you and management will turn a blind eye on the situation.
