      don't have much to do, work life balance

      Company is in downfall, soon will shut If you know buttering you will be at right place don't expect growth Company has no vision

      In an organization, you would find a mix of good hires and bad hires. In order to be fair we have a process of giving multiple feedbacks before we ask someone to leave. Unfortunately at times there is no expected outcome in spite of time and effort provided by the organization and we receive such reviews.

      There are mandatory overlap hours in the night and may not be the best fit for everyone. But for people who are comfortable with it, it is an amazing opportunity.
