      Pros

      bonuses at the end of the year, salaries have been increased every year based on the reviews.

      Cons

      No Senior management support at all!!! They like to point fingers to anybody, but NEVER take responsibilities !!!! Very abuse environment, especially from mid-management!!! employees AFRAID of their managers!!!
