Executive Staff have a do as I say not as I do attitude. Excessive salaries and large bonuses for executive staff while ancillary departments are paid competitive wages, middle management constantly pressured to cut positions when fiscal budget goals are not being met. Housekeeping, dietary staff, CNA's are forced to work faster in order to complete increased area and patient loads without incurring overtime which leads to rushed and unsafe work practices. Corporate should endorse a culture of saving as opposed to pressing higher productivity and decreased operating costs
