      Old technology, people have no tech. skills, teams lacks moral integration , manager are high headed, there are no company values.

      The company culture gives people chance to learn from each other in friendly manner. Good place to sharpen your technical skills.

      Cons

      It's a small company, so there is not much space for internal transfer. Not many chance for promotions either
