The executive leadership cares about the mission of the organization and its employees. Friendly people to work with. Fully remote with flexible PTO. Somewhat good work life balance.

Cons

The work environment has steadily declined over time due to chronic understaffing, increasing workloads, and widespread burnout. Technical projects are often assigned without any discussion of feasibility, priorities, or available capacity. Expectations are not always clear, and communication is not always consistent. Sometimes you're just left to figure things out by yourself without any guidance or support. Low salary for the work being done, making it difficult to feel valued.
