An ambitious group with some brilliant and creative minds that have solid potential to drive and continue company growth given time

Compensation and Benefits are on the weaker side but getting better
C Suite communication has been lacking and/or opaque in nature but is improving as feedback from employees is heard and incorporated
Upward mobility/career development is lacking
Some departments have seen high turnover as department leadership has been ineffective but currently seeing said stability and performance improve with revamped strategy and leadership
Not all employees there are untrustworthy; some are hardworking.
Cons
The company has fallen into chaos. New leadership has negatively affected the culture at Ascella by firing skilled employees and hiring inexperienced friends. The same individuals are repeatedly promoted, while others are two-faced, trying to advance themselves or take your job. As a result, you have to constantly watch your back!
