      - Ascend uses all the tools necessary to maximize their potential to achieve their mission. - Support through training and day-to-day operations is exceptional - The work is sometimes challenging, but very rewarding. It feels good to serve a worthwhile cause. - Facilities are modern, clean and maintained. All necessary resources are available. - Great people! Smart, courteous, professional and fun! - Strong leadership expects the standards to be met by everyone which makes for a fair and invigorating work environment. - Great job for professional development no matter the stage of your career
