      remote. Kind Project Management leadership and project managers

      Cons

      Overkill with project management processes and metrics. Outsourced resources makes it very difficult to engage resources or get them assigned to work. Everyone has a different process in this organization and it feels very siloed and discombobulated, Not a lot of support or mentorship
