      Pros

      Not required to punch in and out for breaks/lunches.

      Cons

      Poor training they said training would be 3 weeks but they throw you out to the wolves way before. Way too much work with very low pay. Did I mention 1 week of the poorest training. Just a mess!

      This is the best CSR job I've ever had. Love the work and the support staff and upper management are super helpful and supportive. They are more like family!
