Pros
The schedule, the location and the regular clients and vendors were nice, I remembered most by name, I was personable and compassionate and understanding.
Cons
The most judgemental, incompetent, toxic-hostile workplace environment. The way I was treated as a minority by management and coworkers were unimaginable, unfair, despite the mistreatment I still represented the company in a professional and respectful manner. Years later and I'm still dealing with the depression this place has caused me. It's also unfortunate what owners and tenants had to go through and I felt I was advocating for them because there was a lot of unfair practice, peoples money gone missing e.g unauthorized strata fees, no accountability, neglected requests/repairs for clients.
