- Friendly Environment - Salary a little above the market. - Good benefits (medical, dental and life insurance, profit share, paid holiday/vacation) - Video game, TV and free coffee
Cons
- Career plan doesn`t work as intended - Recognition for your job depends on your relationship with your manager. - Training sessions that doesn`t add to the job. The good trainings are just for specific employers, generally the ones close to the managers. - No oportunity to develop your skills. A lot of requirements to hire you, but you make no use of your skills at the job

Pros
Ascenty Data Center has a very interesting office culture where they vlaue employee opnion and are always looking for improve our work environment. There is a decent pay retail and good chances at advancing in carrer as well as you get new courses and certifications. i approve and I´m very satisfied with my position.
Cons
As suggested; the schedule time should be improved and they are working on it.
