Pros
Eccelent work-life balance. Very good salary, a lot above the avarage. Very relaxed job envoirement. Very competent collegues. The stack is updated to the latest technologies. If your focus is to learn as much as possible and grow as a software engineer, it could be the right place for you.
Cons
For contracts and formal things there is a lot of burocracy. Benefits could be a lot better. It seems not to be a lot of career opportunities, maybe due to the small/medium size of the company.
