      Pros

      If you have innovative idea, you are free to explore. Product Owner is the Director so you learn to work with Director of a company. Staff is friendly. Employees works like a family. Proper IT methods followed in Product Development. Salary always comes on time. Directors are very friendly and will listen to you.
