Small office setting, good location, parking, flexible schedule.

Cons

Non diverse staff...African American ms donor last in long time employment here. Very bias toward staff who have been employed longer and Caucasian. The pay is terrible. They ask for high end work for low pay. Disrespectful staff.

Paid vacation. Some Holidays. 30 minute Lunch.

Cons

Terrific HR. No basic HR. Just high school graduate, joined as office staff .. Waste Management. No Salary Hike. They like only 2 recruiters. There is a third one never allows the new recruiters to stay. New recruiters never stay more than 8 months. Because of this they are always looking for Recruiters. I prefer don't apply.

Pros

Nice people to work with who help out as much as possible. Paid holidays were also a plus. 30 minute lunch break

Cons

No real training provided. Only people that have been there for a while got to work the good jobs with hires. Not much promise for new employees
