Pros

Global connectivity Flexible working hours/location

Cons

The company is very slow and bureaucratic in nature and so change or development can get stuck in place for years.

Pros

-Allow causal wear at work -WFH policy during pandemic

Cons

-The entire company and IT team late the basic knowledge of software development, design, testing and deployment -Testing is done on production environment and there are full of testing data in the production server -No source control (git) is setup for the existing project -No communication between IT analyst, programmer and manager -Lack of a clear goal, plan and deadline for every tasks and projects -Using framework and language version that are out of date and no longer have support -Work in a very small team and senior is not on site and provide little to no support -Very high turnover rate every team member either get terminated or leave within an year -IT support team do not have a any understanding of programming and software development, spending a significant amount of time to develop script that is not efficient and have to runs hours for simple task -Ridiculous policy to terminate any employee that is late to work multiple times even written in the contact There are obvious reasons why Asendia is hiring people for over years without filling the vacancy

Pros

In-house gym Nice, new canteen Very young, supportive, diverse and friendly staff Early Friday off during every summer Many, different opportunities to work in Branches all around the world, so possible to carve a niche and work there

Cons

Senior management is often seriously detached from staff's reality and sugarcoating the plain truth everybody in the company knows about. Yearly payment increases are just balancing out inflation, and that's it Career opportunities are scarce at best Often promises are made by senior staff, but rarely delivered Work makes quite often not much sense
