Pros

Enjoy watching people on the streets squatting in bushes, dealing drugs, and soliciting prostitution.

Cons

No qualms about dismissing 20-40% of the workforce just before Christmas. Employees are tools to be thrown away. "Management" only sees numbers, zero involvement. Shady Scientology slant Longevity nonexistent except for management. Perks cancelled despite record orders. Orders accepted without thought, then sit in limbo due to development hell.

Founder is innovative and forward thinking in the remote monitoring industry. Large accounting department following GAAP principles. Excellent if considering short term employment.

Cons

Does not value longevity and experience when considering lay-offs. Not a career builder. Low pay rates for any position under Directors.

Pros

Great coworkers, good quality of work life, interesting technology business, room for company and personal growth. Primarily remote work

Cons

A bit light on managerial supervision (telling you what to do) thus people need to understand their jobs and roles and take their own initiative. Leadership and ownership is always a scarce commodity. Asentria is better for the self motivated, Great for those who see a problem that needs to be solved and have the smarts and finesse to figure out how to provide solutions. Not a good company if this does not work for you.
