1. Salary on time. 2. Provident Fund 3. No work pressure 4. Near to metro

1. No technical planning you will just have to go back and forth in every project. 2. The owner doesn't have any clear requirement what he wants actually that's why he is fooled every time by seniors. 3. No job security as the owner is dumb and easily manipulated by seniors or any other person that is good at bootlicking. 4. You have to do lunch at your work desk as they don't have any cafeteria and the pantry is too small for even 5 persons.
