      Pros

      Great people, relaxed environment, can be challenging at times, but management definitely gives you support, performance based. not a bad place to start your career

      Cons

      Just like any foundry environment, it can be dirty and disorganized. The environment is sometimes too relaxed, but thats just depends on how you approach things

      Pros

      Pay is above average for area.

      Cons

      Company has been going backwards for the last 15 years. No job security. There is a union but don't waste your money joining, they do nothing for you. They allowed the company to lay off senior workers . Management is terrible , they randomly usher good workers out the door while they remain in their jobs and are the reason the company is failing. They don't invest in new machines. No job security.
