Pros

Comp at the time was reasonable, working in satellite office was nice. Company outing once a year was fun.

Cons

Management is useless, most employees are unhappy and overworked, dealing with Asian labor force caused a lot of issues in terms of client satisfaction and overall accuracy of the work. HQ in tiny town in Southern Oregon. Founder is a lunatic.

Pros

Great place if you just want a job and not a career.

Cons

Very high turnover, everyone feels over worked and under appreciated. Management doesn't care and there is a big problem keeping good employees. Many are leaving or have left since they are fed up with how they are treated and the firm has a horrible culture that doesn't look to be changing anytime soon.

Pros

The firm allows people to grow and progress as fast as that person is driven. They have office in various locations in the US and open to relocation. If you are driven and want to be a leader you have the ability and freedom to step up and show leadership qualities. The firm provides ongoing training over the skill set for the work as well as the finance industry. As the firm is still growing management recognizes those who want to be leaders and rewards those people by jump promotions.

Cons

Some of the office culture can be difficult due to the young managers. Work-life balance is different in each office depending on the location of the offices.
