    Very hierarchy structure, no room for growth, poor management communication, lots of politics.

    Pros

    Great Insurance, Site personnel are pros.

    Cons

    Corporate leaders have no concept of what goes on at manufacturing sites, nor do they want to know. It's "Do as I say not do as I do" mentality.

    Listen to your site engineers

    Pros

    There were absolutely no pros during my tenure at the company.

    Cons

    There were huge missing skillsets including knowledge gaps in management. Unfortunately, the blinders would not be removed and only wanted to operate as they always had.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in training for all IT-related positions including the IT audit function. Furthermore, believe in industry trends, best practices, and what external hires bring to the table.

    Strong safety oriented culture.
    Stop Work Authorization empowers employees to stop work before beginning a task that they’re unsure about, and to reevaluate how to do it safely before beginning work.

    Cons

    Like any 24/7 production-based industry, 12 hour rotating shifts can be long and hard on not just employees, but their families as well.
