    Very hierarchy structure, no room for growth, poor management communication, lots of politics.

    location, good infra, pay master, role, Beautiful office

    Bad management, micromanagement, leaders are pathetic, no job stability, process frustating

    Please consider each employees equal and domination of senior leaders management over all should be control. Not a employee friendly company

    The company is dynamic. Change is constant and opportunities are there for those who desire to grow

    Difficult to get new programs or long term projects to 'stick' due to constant change

    Take more time and effort to appreciate your hard working employees. You can not continue to grow / do more with less without major investments in automation.

    Pros

    Annual appraisal hike.
    Work from home.

    Cons

    Management is so desperate that they end up taking candidates with fake experience.
    End users are more knowledgeable than IT teams.
    Ashland resources(Old ones) will continue to demotivate the new resources and send them out of the company so that they continue raking in moolah.
    Band 11 will be manager and band 16 a consultant.
    Instead of taking feedback from Glassdoor management will speculate who wrote the review.
    Region wise politics will be clearly visible.
    Support functions resources next to pathetic.

    Advice to Management

    Please have leaders in Hyderabad and not pawns who executes your orders from US. Your ideas might work in US but not in India.
