I wish I was told to avoid this company

Pros

Was regularly paid on time. Tea and coffee.

Cons

The couple were a constant nightmare to work with; nothing was ever good enough and they had some very strange beliefs about business e.g. does a married couple running a tin pot company really have to be structured as a group or is this just to protect them when it goes belly up...?

Terrible, truly terrible

Pros

There are good people here, they are just treated horribly

Cons

Awful company - has the typical "people first" slogan but, like so many companies, it doesn't give a damn about the people, only money; won't spend money on uniform for staff and the "ppe" to help during the pandemic has been laughable (the face masks are literally bits of cloth barely big enough to cover your mouth and nose, cut from some generic elastic material.....clearly went to a local seamstress and got them on the cheap). The CEO is like a fish out of water - my client has nothing good to say about her or the company; says she talks to people like dirt and hasn't the first clue how to treat people. If the client is picking up on that, then you know something is wrong! Yet another cowboy company. Stay away - I'm getting out as soon as I can.

Pros

Can't think of any. Got paid on time, I guess

Cons

Everything, so glad our contract moved to another company. - had to fight to have uniform - worst sub-contractor guards sent to site that I have ever seen - management rarely bothers to visit. Lucky if you see one for two months - pay rates some of the worst in the industry - would ban officers then send them back to site because they couldn't organise any other cover Stay as far from this company as you can
